Donald J. Johnston Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Profession
of Financial Planning in Canada recognizes a unique achievement or outstanding
service that advances the financial planning profession in Canada in terms
of the profession’s ability to serve Canadians seeking
qualified financial planning services and/or in terms of the respect and
recognition financial planning as a profession is afforded by regulators,

President's List
Of the thousands of individuals who have tested their readiness to become CFP professionals by writing the CFP Examination offered twice yearly, there are individuals whose outstanding performances on the examination merit special recognition. These individuals are named to the "President's List" and honoured with special recognition in our twice annually published list of individuals who passed the examination (usually published in The Globe & Mail) and at our annual FPSC Board of Directors reception.
CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and are certification marks owned outside the U.S. by Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd. (FPSB). Financial Planners Standards Council is the marks licensing authority for the CFP marks in Canada, through agreement with FPSB.
